- About a 10-minute drive to SeaWorld and Aquatica, in a quiet residential area of San Antonio
- You'll share parts of the home with the Host family and other guests.
- Private bathroom accessed from outside of your room.
- Total of three rooms available all upstairs on the second floor for guests. Only 2 guest allowed per room.
- The first floor is occupied by my husband and I and sometimes family and is not accessible to guests.
- We are non smokers and don't allow smoking in our home. Also, this is a pet free home and will love to keep it that way.
- Quiet hours: Sun - Thu 10 PM - 8 AM ; Fri - Sat 11 PM - 9 AM. If you return after hours, please be mindful of noise level.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM with your own keypad code, and checkout is at 12:00 PM.
Payment is processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your stay details and door code before arrival.
Cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable. Extended stays require 14 days notice.
