- You'll share parts of the home with the Host family and other guests.
- You’ll share the bathroom with one other guest.
- Total of three rooms available all upstairs on the second floor for guests. Only 2 guest allowed per room.
- The first floor is occupied by my husband and I and sometimes family and is not accessible to guests.
- We are non smokers and don't allow smoking in our home. Also, this is a pet free home and will love to keep it that way.
- Quiet hours: Sun - Thu 10 PM - 8 AM ; Fri - Sat 11 PM - 9 AM. If you return after hours, please be mindful of noise level.

Cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable. Extended stays require 14 days notice.
Located in a beautiful, convenient neighborhood on the outskirts of San Antonio, this home offers a wonderful sense of privacy and peace of mind. It is a very safe area; in fact, there is a deputy sheriff living just a few doors down, which adds an extra layer of comfort. Highly recommended! — Kevin
