* Full Refund: Cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date to receive a 100% refund of your accommodation costs, minus a $50 administrative processing fee  to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees.

* Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

* No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

* Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 2 individuals. Only those registered on the booking are permitted on the property.

 

2. Payment & Security Deposit

* Total Rental Amount: The Guest agrees to pay the total rental amount, including taxes as outlined at the time of booking.

* Security Hold: No temporary security hold.

* ID Verification: Request a photo of the guest’s government-issued ID alongside the signed agreement to protect yourself against credit card fraud and chargebacks.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations are subject to the specific policy selected during checkout.

* Cancellations made within the refundable window will incur a $50 administrative fee to cover non-refundable credit card processing fees.

 

4. House Rules & Restrictions

* No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any substance is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property or on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction.

* No Parties or Events: Unapproved gatherings, loud music, and parties are strictly forbidden. Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

* Pets: Pets are not allowed 

 

5. Liability & Property Damage

* The Guest agrees to maintain the property in a clean and safe condition.

* The Host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal property that occurs on the premises during the stay.

* The Guest authorizes the Host to charge the credit card on file for the actual cost of repairs, deep cleaning, or replacements resulting from any damage caused during their stay.
