Yes. Reservations are completed through an encrypted checkout, and card details are never stored on our site. You receive an emailed confirmation with your stay details and check in details before arrival.
Every bedroom is private and lockable, reserved only for you. Common areas like the coffee station or dining area are shared with other guests.
We do. Our Weekly Work-Stay and Monthly Stay options are flat-rate bookings that bring the nightly cost down significantly — a favorite with traveling nurses, contractors, and remote workers.
Cancel at least 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Within 7 days, the first night is non-refundable and the remainder is returned. Extended-stay bookings need 14 days notice.
